My Team - Performance Summary

The My Team area allows managers to review employee Performance Objectives, Development Objectives, Actions, Feedback, Conversations and Private notes.

Managers also have the ability to generate a summary of performance for their direct reports.

This can be useful to help prepare for an upcoming check-in or conversation. The report will pull together all of the direct report's performance activity for a specified time period relating to Objectives, Conversations (optionally including related comments, notes and actions) and Feedback activity*.

To generate a summary report, select the Summary icon, and then Reports, Generate Report.

This will generate a custom report that can be saved or printed as needed.

*Talent Snapshot data is not available via the summary report
