Summary of items included in this release:
- We have applied a fix to resume recording the last login date for a user on the metric dashboard and downloadable report.
- If a customer had other products in the platform service and the user was deactivated if you provided a leaving Date On Bulk User Upload for P&T it would fail, this should be resolved.
- If a user had a broken sync between the Identity service and Performance & Talent due to email mismatch they would see a broken homepage, this should not show a clear error page. Customer should reach out to the support team if they encounter this error page.
- When answering the MyMindspace survey it was not mandatory that the user must select at least 1 option on the final step, this non-mandatory behaviour has been restored.
- In multiple dropdowns with a search it wasn't returning more than 5 values in the list, this has now been resolved.
- On the reporting page for MyMindspace we have restored the functionality that says the Org Unit selection is persisted.
- During a Talent Snapshots, Engagement Surveys and Feedback Circles when you apply a large Pagination on the participants tab an error will no longer be thrown.
- The Filters in My Team, Performance and Personal Development Objectives was not working as expected, this should now be resolved.
- Bulk User Upload email link should now direct to the correct page and not the homepage.
- The "External Feedback Link" in MyTeam is now correctly pointing towards the employee not the manager.
- We have adjusted the maximum number of answers on a single choice and multiple choice answer from 10 to 20
- Talent Snapshots , Engagement Surveys and Feedback Circles reports were changed in error to .XLSX format this has been restored to .CSV
- Manager will be able to book a conversation for any past / future date. (Restored functionality)
- We have resolved an error which was being shown when you removed a org unit from an employee in the find and manage employee view.
- On the Org Unit admin list view the search breaks the count for number of users, this has been resolved.
- For Talent Snapshots , Engagement Surveys , Feedback Circles we will no longer trigger emails when you edit participants on a draft round.
