Enabling Multiple Conversation Types

Performance & Talent allows admins to configure additional conversation types with custom prompts for discussion. These conversations can be made visible to specific departments or at specific times of the year.

How it Works

  1. Select "Configure" Conversations in admin settings.
  2. Suggested conversation types are available, including Career Conversation, Wellbeing Conversation, and Onboarding Conversation.
  3. Each conversation has its own prompts for discussion and a one-line description.
  4. Admins can edit the conversation name, description, and prompts.

Making Conversations Visible

  1. Toggle the grey button to make a conversation visible to employees.
  2. Visible conversations will appear on the employee's Conversation page.

Configurations

  • Add custom conversation types by selecting the "Add Conversation Type" button.
  • Assign conversation types to specific org units to control visibility.
  • Consider changing "Check-ins" to "Conversations" on the System Terminology page if using multiple conversation types.
