At OneAdvanced, we're committed to making our digital product, Performance & Talent, accessible to everyone. This statement explains how we're working to improve accessibility and how you can help. 

Our Commitment to Accessibility 

We aim to make Performance & Talent compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard. We're working hard to fix known issues and improve the overall accessibility of our product. 

How We're Improving Accessibility 
  • We're testing our product regularly using automated and manual testing methods, including tools like Lighthouse, Silktide, WAVE, Arc Toolkit, and Axe DevTools. 
  • We're reviewing and updating our accessibility statement annually to reflect our progress. 
  • We're committed to ongoing testing and improvement to ensure that our product remains accessible. 
Areas for Improvement 

We've identified 219 accessibility issues that we're working to resolve. These include problems with: 

  • Keyboard navigation and focus management 
  • Screen reader compatibility and labelling 
  • Colour contrast and visual styling 
  • Error handling and feedback 
  • ARIA attributes and semantic HTML 

We're working to fix all high and medium priority issues by August 2027.

Compliance and Enforcement 

We're committed to meeting the accessibility requirements of the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 and the European Accessibility Act (EAA). If you're not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you can escalate the matter to the relevant enforcement body.
