Bug Fixes & Improvements

  1. Feedback , Organisational Goals Interface: Following customer feedback and a recent accessibility audit, we identified that the interface for managing organisational goals wasn't as user-friendly as it should be. We have revamped this screen, fixing usability issues so you can now smoothly and easily view, create, and delete actions.
  2. Objectives , Learning activities: In the Personal Development Objectives interface, we resolved a display issue that occurred when multiple learning activities were added. Previously, exceeding a certain number of activities caused formatting errors; the text will now neatly wrap to the next line as expected.
  3. Conversations: We resolved an issue where customers with more than 10 conversation types could not see all available options in the dropdown menu. We have corrected this constraint, increasing the display limit to support up to 100 options.
  4. My Settings User Search: Following up on our recent feature release, we have refined the user search functionality within the Sharing Settings page. To ensure stricter data privacy, email addresses in this search have now been restricted so they are only visible to Admin users.
  5. Private Notes: Before our user experience delivery the private notes input field had a large text input field character limit, we have adopted our new UX/UI to have a large text input field with the large character limit.
  6. Home Screen: We have corrected a visual alignment issue with the "chips" and tags on the home screen, tidying up the layout to ensure a clean and consistent dashboard experience.
  7. Organisation Units on Reports: We found a edge case on organisation units and reporting that we hadn't captured in the previous sprint (If they were stored non sequentially) this only impacted a very small number or reports but should also now be resolved.
  8. Technical Improvements for our Identity Service: We have resolved some backend technical inefficiencies to improve the implementation process for our OneAdvanced Identity service. While these changes are behind the scenes, they will ensure a smoother, more reliable deployment experience moving forward.
