  1. Talent Snapshot, Feedback Circle & Engagement Surveys: Enhanced Comment Reporting:
    To help you gain deeper insights from your feedback, additional comments submitted on single and multiple-choice questions are now fully integrated into your reporting workflows.
    • Excel Exports: Additional comments from Talent Snapshots, Feedback Circles, and Engagement Surveys are now included in standard Excel report downloads.
    • API Integration: Comment data for Talent Snapshots is now accessible via the API endpoint, making it easier to feed qualitative insights into your custom dashboards or downstream systems.
  2. Talent Snapshot, Feedback Circle & Engagement Surveys: Clear Selection Option:
    When a Manager edits their non-mandatory single-choice questions can now clear an existing selection.
    • Flexibility in Calibration: Added a "Clear selection" option directly within the interface, allowing reviewers to reset a non-mandatory single-choice question to zero choices selected if needed.
  3. Past check-in visibility: We have resolved an issue that prevented a small subset of historical conversations from displaying correctly in the Conversations interface. All affected conversations should now be restored and fully visible.
  4. Objective Approval: Multi-Manager Approval Fix: For organisations requiring mandatory objective approvals, we have resolved an issue affecting employees with multiple managers. Previously, approval notification emails were not sending, and the option to approve was hidden in the interface. All designated managers can now successfully receive email notifications and approve objectives as expected.
