Bug Fixes & Improvements

  1. Missing Warning Message on Feedback Circles: When launching a Feedback Circle round, the system was not displaying a warning message about publishing the round as live (as seen in other modules), so this prompt has now been added.
  2. Surveying Suite Template Performance: Customers reported performance issues when creating or editing large templates for Feedback Circles, Engagement Surveys, and Talent Snapshots, so we have deployed improvements to ensure these screens now run smoothly without delays.
  3. Surveying Suite Round Time Zones: As part of our UX/UI release, we have addressed technical debt regarding the correct behaviour of time zones when creating rounds for Feedback Circles, Engagement Surveys, and Talent Snapshots, ensuring actions are audited and executed accurately:
    • Survey Start Time: The time value of when a survey starts is now captured in the time zone of the user who created it to ensure accurate tracking.
    • Scheduled Survey Start Time: The scheduled start date and time of a survey will now trigger according to the time zone of the user who created it, ensuring it begins exactly when prescribed.
    • Deadline: The deadline of the round will now correctly end in the time zone of the person who set the round live.
