Feedback
You can give feedback to anyone in your Organisation at any time about either something they have done well (positive feedback), or something they can improve or learn from (constructive feedback). You can also request feedback from anyone in the Clear Review application at any time about something specific.
Your Feedback Page
Your Feedback page shows all the feedback you've received and given, with the most recent shown at the top.
- Feedback you've received can be viewed by both you and your manager.
- Feedback you've given may also be visible to your manager, depending on your company’s settings.
- If visible, your manager will see the feedback message—but not the name of the person you gave it to.

Giving feedback
- Select the Give Feedback button from Add drop down. This will open a new Give Feedback page.

- Search for the person you want to give feedback to and select them from the search results.

- Enter your feedback in either the What was done well or What could be improved or learned from text fields.
- Enter your feedback.
- Select Send.

Requesting feedback
- Select the Request Feedback button from the Add drop down menu. This will open a new Request Feedback page.

- Search and select who you want to request feedback from.You can request feedback from one or more people at the same time.

- Enter what you would like feedback about and link it to the objective of your need and select the Send button.

- The recipient(s) will receive an email asking them to give you feedback.
- When they have given you their feedback you will receive an email notifying you, and you will also be able to view their feedback on your page.
