An update on our UX/UI upgrade - 2025

Tom Mullen Updated by Tom Mullen

What is the User Experience & User Interface Upgrade?

We’re changing the way Performance & Talent (formerly Clear Review) looks, but this is more than a cosmetic change. We’re reimagining the user experience and interface to make the product more intuitive, inclusive and easier to use. Plus, we’re introducing new features that will enhance how work the system every day.

This update will deliver a unified experience across our entire Portfolio, making it easier to use and learn; especially for those with multiple OneAdvanced products. By addressing accessibility issues, we ensure all users can effectively engage with our product.

When will the UX/UI Revamp be completed?

We are aiming to complete the upgrade in the first half of 2025. While we initially planned for an early 2025 release, we have extended the timeline to ensure we minimise disruption to your users, release at the right time (avoiding your Talent Snapshot periods) and provide you with the ample time to prepare. This review is currently underway.

Starting from the publication of this article, we will provide monthly progress updates here. Additionally, customers will receive at least 10 weeks’ notice before the official go-live-date.

Why are we completing a UX/UI upgrade?

  • Unified Experience: A consistent interface across OneAdvanced products, simplifying learning and boosting productivity.
  • Adoption & Satisfaction: Simplified, personalised interactions for faster, more engaging tasks.
  • Enhanced Accessibility: Easy access for all users, improving satisfaction and broadening reach.
  • Unlocking Innovation: A well-designed interface enabling new features and smooth product evolution.

What will you receive?

  • Consistent Experience – A unified experience across the OneAdvanced Portfolio.
  • Simplified Interface – A streamlined, more intuitive design for ease of use.
  • Improved Usability – An easier-to-navigate product that speeds up task completion.
  • Full Accessibility – Complete compliance with Web Accessibility Guidelines, ensuring inclusivity.
  • Reduced Support Needs – Fewer help requests due to the simplified design.
  • Future Innovation – A flexible interface that paves the way for upcoming product features.
