Actions
  • Provides an area that lists all incomplete action points from any of your Conversations or Objectives.
  • It shows a full list of incomplete actions, as well as any pending actions related to your Objectives.
  • Any actions highlighted in red are overdue.
  • When an action has been completed, tick the "Done" box. The next time you visit this screen it will no longer show in the list. However, you will always be able to view the completed action in the Conversation or Review screen where it was originally added.
  • So that incomplete actions are not forgotten about, the owner of the action receives an email reminder shortly before the due date.
