Senior Manager Report Options

Allow senior managers to view employee summary for their wider team

By default, senior managers are not given access to the full performance details (conversations, feedback, objectives) of employees who are more than one level below them in their wider team (downstream).

If you wish to allow this, switch this option to "Yes". This will allow senior managers to view the "employee Summary" page for employees up to three levels below them in their downstream (wider team).

Allow senior managers to view Talent Snapshot Responses report for their wider team

If you wish your senior managers to be able to run the "Talent Snapshot responses" report for their wider team, switch this option to "Yes". This will enable them to see the responses to Talent Snapshot questions for all employees within their wider team (downstream). They will see the "Talent Snapshot responses" report on their "Wider Team" page.

If this option is switched to No, only system Administrators will be able to run the Talent Snapshot report.

Performance Objectives Report: Allow senior managers to see objective progress

Senior managers are able to run a report from their "Wider Team" page showing the objectives of all their wider team members (i.e. those in their entire downwards reporting line).

By default this report includes a column showing the progress status of each objective. If you don't want your senior managers to see the objective progress column, you can switch this option to "No"
