Team Objectives
By default, managers (approvers) are able to unilaterally assign performance objectives to all their direct team members in one go from the Your Team page. Doing so will allow the manager to create a pre-approved objective and send to all direct reports in one action. If you don't want to allow managers to do this, you can set this switch to "No". Managers will then not see this option on their Your Team page.
Objective Progress
By default, users see a progress status dropdown list for each of their objectives which they and their manager can update. If you don't want this progress status to be visible, you can set this switch to "No"
