Feedback

You can give feedback to anyone in your Organisation at any time about either something they have done well (positive feedback), or something they can improve or learn from (constructive feedback). You can also request feedback from anyone in the Clear Review application at any time about something specific.

Note that feedback is not anonymous unless your company has opted to allow for it, so when you give feedback your name will appear next to it on the recipient's feedback page.

Your Feedback Page

Your Feedback page shows all the feedback you have received and given, with the most recent feedback at the top. The feedback received page can be viewed by both you and your manager. The feedback given area can also be viewable by your manager depending on how your system is configured. If viewable, the name of the person you provided the feedback to is not shareable, just the feedback itself.
