How to create and edit a new Template for Talent snapshots

Only users with administration rights will be able to create new Template in Talent snapshots.

Talent Snapshots provide a simple, yet effective way to check in around employees' performance, potential, or other related matters. Organizations often wish to gather this kind of data one or more times a year to help inform their decisions around reward, promotions and talent/succession planning.

1.Select Admin>Talent Snapshots: Configure.

2. Select Template> New Template.

3. Add the details as per your requirement for Template Name and Description.

4. By selecting "Add a new question", you will find the option of Picklist question or a Free text question.

5. If you choose "Picklist", it will be displayed as below:

Question: You can put the questions of your choice.

Participant: you can select the participant as manager, employee or both.

Response options: Write the options dividing them with semicolon.

Response required: This will allow you to set if the question is mandatory.

6. If you choose "Free text" if will be displayed as below:

Question: You can put the questions of your choice.

Participant: you can select the participant as manager, employee or both.

Response required: You can choose the mandatory answer as yes or no.

7. Select "Save" to have your template.

To edit the existing template:

Editing template is dynamic so updated templates will only appear for future talent snapshots

1. Select Admin>Talent Snapshots: Configure.

2. Select Edit>Template. You will find the list of existing templates.

3. Edit the details as per your requirement for Template Name and Description.

4. Edit, add or remove the questions as per your requirement. Select Save to save the changes.
