Switch off Feedback menus

If you do not wish to use the Feedback functionality within the system, switch this setting to "Yes". Users will then not see the Feedback menu options in the navigation.

Switch off Talent Snapshots page

This option is set to "Yes" by default so that the Talent Snapshots page is hidden from managers until you wish to use the module. When you are ready for managers to start answering their Talent Snapshot questions, you can switch this option to "No".

Bespoke help link on all pages

  • If you have created your own performance management guidance on your intranet or learning management system, you can add a button that links to this from inside the Clear Review system help.
  • To set this up, click the "Change" button and add the URL and text you want to display for the link button. When saved, a button will then show at the top of all Clear Review help pages that links to your specified URL.
