Preparing for a Check-in

On the Conversations page, you will notice a few tips around suggested actions to help you prepare for a performance check-in conversation.

To help you prepare, it can be useful to pull a summary of recent performance activity. You can generate a performance summary for this purpose:

Generating a performance summary will provide you the ability to compile a customisable pdf for a specified time period relating to Objectives, Conversations (optionally including related comments, notes and actions) and Feedback activity*.

Once you have put in your date range and preferences per the screen below, this will generate a custom pdf that can be saved or printed as needed.

*Talent Snapshot data is not available via the summary report
