SYSTEM TERMINOLOGY

You can change some of the terminology used in the system. When you change the terminology, it updates the wording across the whole system (excluding the Admin page). Click the 'change' button to edit the System Terminology, and then click 'Save' to save your changes. You can update the following terminology:

  • Objective(s)
  • Performance Objective(s)
  • Performance Objective Description (the text that appears on the "Select Objective Type" pop up screen when a user clicks 'Add Objective')
  • Personal Development Objective(s)
  • Personal Development Objective Description (the text that appears on the "Select Objective Type" pop up screen when a user clicks 'Add Objective')
  • Measure of Success (used for Performance Objectives)
  • Organisational Goal(s)
  • Organisation (this changes the word "organisation" that is used in a few places within the system. If you are US based, you can change this to Organization. Do not change this to the name of your company.)
  • Value(s) (you can optionally link feedback to Values in the system. If you prefer to link to Behaviours or Competencies instead, you can change the terminology as well)
  • The 'sent from' name that shows on system generated emails. (Do not include @ in this Sent from name as it will cause the emails to fail.)
