Personal Development Objective Configuration Options
There are several customisations you can make relating to Personal Development Objectives via the Admin area. These are explained below:
Clicking the "Change" button via the Admin area > Objectives > Personal Development Objective Options, allows you to customise the Learning Activities and Development List drop down options that users will select with creating a Personal Development Objective.
- Proposed Learning Activity List Options: You can change the dropdown list options for the Proposed Learning Activity field
- Area of Development List Options: You can change the dropdown list options for the Area of Development field.
You can also customise the terminology (i.e. change to personal development goals), or add context or links to appear when employees are creating personal development objectives by going to Admin > Languages and System Terminology and scroll down to the lower portion of the Objectives area:
- Area of Development Field name: You can change the name of this field. For example, if you have company values, you could use this field to ask employees to choose which Value their Personal Development Objective relates to.
- Custom text below Proposed Learning Activity: You can add any text or links that you wish to display below the Proposed Learning Activity field on the Add Personal Development Objective form. For example, you could add a link to your Learning Management System if you have one.
