Giving Feedback using Voice Messaging
With the introduction of Voice Notes, giving Feedback has never been easier. Simply speak your message, and the system will transcribe it for you—no typing required.
Whether you're using a laptop, a headset microphone, or your mobile device while on the move, this feature delivers a seamless experience across all platforms.
Giving Feedback
- Select Give Feedback button from the Add drop down menu. This will open a new Give Feedback page.

- Follow the standard process to select the feedback recipient and complete the initial setup. Once you're on the main Feedback page, you'll find the Add Voice Note button located just below the primary text box.

- To begin, just click on the Add Voice Note button. The first time you use this function you will likely see a pop-up box asking you to allow the application to access your microphone. Select ‘Allow’ to proceed.
- The recording will then start and let you dictate a message of up to four minutes in length. You’ll see the counter showing you the remaining time left to record.

- Select the Stop button when you're done recording. Once the transcription is processed, your message will appear in the textbox.

- You can listen to your recording using the playback controls.
- If you want to re-record, click the Trash icon to delete the voice note.Remember to also manually clear the text from the textbox before starting again.
Receiving Voice Note-generated Feedback
When a recipient opens Feedback submitted through a Voice Note, they’ll see the transcribed text and can use the Play button to listen to the original audio recording.
Reporting
System Administrators, please note that the Feedback comments generated via Voice Notes will still appear as usual when you are viewing your Feedback Reports.
Personal Data
When using the Voice Notes Help with AI tool do not enter any personal data in your feedback.
