Sharing feedback with your colleagues is now easier than ever thanks to the Draft with AI feature.

This smart assistant helps you write clear, thoughtful, and well-structured feedback—saving you time and making your message more effective.

How to Use Draft with AI
  1. Go to the Feedback page and select the colleague(s) you want to give feedback to.
  2. When you start typing your feedback, you'll notice under the feedback box that the AI assistant Draft with AI option becomes available to click. Finish typing your initial draft of your feedback and then Select Draft with AI
  3. The AI tool will then provide a redrafted version of your feedback. The suggestions will help structure your feedback, offer insights, and promote constructive communication.
Customising and editing the Drafted Feedback
  1. While the AI assistant can provide valuable suggestions, remember that the feedback should be in your voice and reflect your thoughts. Feel free to customize and edit the drafted feedback as needed in the feedback suggestions box. You can:
    1. Add specific examples or details.
    2. Personalize the message to make it more relevant.
    3. Make the tone more in line with your communication style.

If you are not happy with the suggested feedback, you can click Cancel and re-write your feedback and click Draft with AI again to receive another suggestion.

Saving and sending your feedback
  1. Once you're satisfied with the feedback, you can proceed to click Update Feedback
  2. Review your final draft to ensure it conveys your intended message and then hit Send
