UI UX Configuring the Objectives Library

The Objectives Library allows you to pre-define objectives that employees can select when creating new objectives.

Activating the Objectives Library

  1. Go to the Admin Settings.
  2. Toggle the Objectives Library switch to activate it.

Adding or Editing Objectives

  1. Select 'Add template' to create a new objective.
  2. Populate the objective text.

Using the Objectives Library

  1. Once activated, employees will see an option to select from the Objectives Library when creating a new objective.
  2. Employees can choose an objective from the library and select 'Apply'.
  3. The selected objective will be pre-populated, allowing employees to edit further as needed before submitting for approval (if required).
