How to add or remove participant in Talent snapshots

Only users with administration rights will be able to add or remove participants.

You can now add and remove participants from a live talent snapshot round.

To do this:

  1. Select Admin Settings > Talent Snapshots to configure, create, and send out Talent Snapshots and templates to help review employee performance and talent.
  2. You will find the list of rounds on the screen as below
  3. Select the "Edit Participants"
  1. You can add or remove the participants from "Exclude participants" or "Include participants".
  1. By selecting Add or Remove, the employee will be added or removed from the talent snapshot round.
