How to create and edit a new Template for Talent snapshots

Only users with administration rights will be able to create a new Template in Talent snapshots.

Talent Snapshots provide a simple, yet effective way to check in around employees' performance, potential, or other related matters. Organizations often wish to gather this kind of data one or more times a year to help inform their decisions around reward, promotions and talent/succession planning.

1.Select Admin Settings >Talent Snapshots: Configure, create and send out Talent Snapshots and templates to help review employee development and performance.

2. Select Template> Add Template.

3. Add the details as per your requirement for Template Name and Description.

4. By selecting "Add a new question", you can choose from Free text question, Single Choice, or Multiple-Choice options according to your requirements.

5. Select "Save" to have your template.

To edit the existing template:

Updated templates will only appear for future talent snapshots. They will not modify existing Talent snapshot rounds.

1.Select Admin Settings >Talent Snapshots: Configure, create and send out Talent Snapshots and templates to help review employee development and performance.

2. Select Edit>Template. You will find the list of existing templates.

3. Edit the details as per your requirement for Template Name and Description.

4. Edit, add or remove the questions as per your requirement. Select Save to save the changes.

Note: Editing a template is dynamic, so updated templates will only appear for future talent snapshots.
