UI UX Organisational Goals

Shivani Panchal Updated by Shivani Panchal

Organisational goals are high-level objectives that employees can align their performance objectives to.

How Organisational Goals Work

When employees set performance objectives, they are asked to link their objectives to one of the organisational goals. You can disable this feature by setting the "Use organisational goals" switch to "No".

Maintaining Organisational Goals

To manage organisational goals:

  1. Go to "Admin Settings" and find the "Organisational Goals" section.
  2. Click the "Configure" button to access the "Organisational Goals" screen.
  3. Enter your organisational goals in the desired order.
  4. To restrict a goal to a specific organisation unit, search for the unit in the appropriate "Visible to the following organisational units" box. Otherwise, leave it blank.
  5. Click "Save" to save your changes.

The entered goals will be displayed to employees when they set performance objectives.

Updating Organisational Goals

Changing an existing organisational goal will not update previously linked performance objectives. The updated goal will only apply to new performance objectives set from that point onwards.
