  1. Removing Participants in a Talent Snapshot round: When removing a participant from a Talent Snapshot round we have added a warning prompt to explain the consequence of this action.
    1. The Warning Prompt is: "Removing participants will delete any answers they have already submitted. If they are added back later, their previous answers will be lost and they will need to complete the round again"
  2. Surveying Suite System Terminology: We identified a field within system terminology called 'Sent from' name on system emails which would cause errors and multiple emails to be sent if a special character was input into the field e.g. (â, ê, ô)
    1. The system will now allow special characters in the problematic field
    2. We have adjusted the email retry mechanism to reduced number.
