Time-Based Notifications
To remind employees to have conversations with their managers, you can use the 'Time-Based Notifications' feature.
- Go to Admin settings > Conversations.
- Select the "Change" button for Email Employees who have not had a Conversation for at least 3 week(s)
- Performance & Talent will automatically email users who have not had a conversation within the specified period
Customising Prompts for Discussion
- Select the "Configure " button to customise conversation types and prompts.
- Use the rich-text editor to make changes to the prompts for each conversation.
- You can add hyperlinks to the prompts to link to relevant resources, such as company values or competency frameworks.
