New Features!
Customisable User Search: Administrators now have greater flexibility over how users appear in search results across the platform. This update applies to Request Feedback, Give Feedback, Collaborators, and My Team searches.
You can now configure the search display via a new dropdown in the Navigation Options section with the following views:

- Name and Job Title only

- Name, Job Title, and Email

- Name, Job Title, and Manager

Bug Fixes & Improvements
- Summary Report Downloads: Resolved an issue where the download link provided in summary report emails failed to redirect users to the correct page. Clicking the link will now take you directly to the 'My Summary' page with the report ready for download.
- Summary Report Performance: Fixed an error that occurred when generating reports for users with large datasets. We have extended the system timeout limits to ensure these reports generate successfully within the interface.
- Talent Snapshots & Engagement Surveys: Fixed a bug that prevented administrators from editing deadlines for scheduled rounds once they had officially started.
- Objective Approvals: Refined the logic for objective edits. Managers with approval authority will no longer see a warning prompt stating that their own edits require approval, streamlining the workflow for approvers.
- Objective Validation: Added a visible warning message when a mandatory field is left blank. Previously, the system would fail to save without notifying the user, causing confusion.
- Objective Submission: Corrected a UI issue where closing or cancelling the "Submit for Approval" prompt would proceed with the submission regardless. The "Cancel" and "X" actions now function correctly.
- Employee Go-Live Metrics: Fixed a synchronisation error where the "Employee Go-Live Date" incorrectly displayed the current date. This metric now reflects the accurate data.
- Organisation Unit Reporting: Resolved a formatting issue where organisation units added manually via the interface (rather than via file upload) appeared out of order in reports. Column ordering is now consistent across all data entry methods.
- Admin Access Rights: Fixed a bug where the "Report Only" administrator level was restricted from viewing certain associated reports. All relevant reports are now accessible for this permission level.
