Performance & Talent UX/UI Launch - Known issues

Issue 1 - Ref No. 10040 - Fixed

  • Following the release of our latest UX/UI update, users experienced errors when navigating between pages and features.
  • A fix was applied and this issue has been resolved.

Issue 2 - Ref No. 10041 - Fixed

  • Users are experiencing errors when selecting Edit Participant / Delete Draft round for Talent Snapshots / Engagement Surveys / Feedback Circles
  • A fix was applied and this issue has been resolved.

Issue 3 - Ref No. 10028 - Fixed

  • We have identified an issue in the new user interface with the Outlook Integration not working for users.
  • A fix was applied and this issue has been resolved.

Issue 4 - Ref No. 10052 / 10054 - Fixed

  • Some customers have experienced an issue where they cannot answer a Talent Snapshot
  • A fix was applied and this issue has been resolved.

Issue 5 - Ref No. 10042

  • Customers have reported that they are seeing features that they have not previously seen or configured to be available to their end users.
  • Please reach out to support team , we have a work around in place.

Issue 6 - Ref No. 10043

  • An employee is able to see the edit screen for a Talent Snapshot round when access via the email link, even if they have submitted their answers. Although any edits made are not persisted.
  • Fix Pending

Issue 7 - Ref No. 10048

  • The Admin role "Impersonate only" is not behaving as expected with users with this role unable to complete impersonations.
  • Fix Identified - Awaiting Deployment
