What is 'My Feedback Link'
Receiving feedback has never been easier than with your own personal Feedback link which can shared with anyone!
My Feedback link is a convenient way to gather feedback from colleagues, external customers*, or anyone else you wish to engage with. The link can be easily shared in emails, presentations, or any other communication channels, allowing recipients to provide feedback effortlessly.
*Feedback can only be received from external users if your organisation has switched on external feedback
How to get your Feedback Link
- Navigate to your Feedback page
- Click My Feedback Link in the top right hand corner of the page
- Here you can click copy to get your feedback link. Now it's ready to be shared with who you wish!

Sharing your My Feedback Link
Now that you have your My Feedback Link, you can easily share it with anyone:
- In Emails:
- Paste the My Feedback Link into your email signature
- In Presentations:
- Insert the My Feedback Link as a hyperlink in your presentation.
- Or even create your own QR code using the link to make it easier for someone to capture the link
- On Social Media:
- Share the link on your preferred social media platforms.
- Provide context or instructions as needed.
Receiving Feedback through the My Feedback link
Anyone who has access to your Feedback link can give you feedback including your internal colleagues or someone external* to your organisation.
*Feedback can only be received from someone external if your organisation has switched on external feedback
Colleagues in your organisation
- When colleagues in your organisation use your feedback link, it will look the same process for giving you feedback as it does now.
- If they are not logged in to their account, they must enter their First Name, Last Name and email address so we know who they are. On clicking confirm they will be navigated to the login page to login.
- If the user is already logged in, or has logged in following the step above they will be navigated to the feedback page where they can give the feedback
Receiving feedback for someone external
- If anyone external to your organisation clicks on the link they will first need to enter their First Name, Surname and email so you know who it is from
- They can then give you the feedback and hit Send
